The Commodores
One of my main memories of the Cali was seeing the Commodores, they started with all that brilliant early funk stuff like; Machine Gun, Slippery When Wet etc. Then some guy from the background called Lionel stepped forward to sing a slow song 'Easy' and promptly got booed!
